1. General Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We take great care to ensure that every bottle of our gin leaves our facility in perfect condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged or incorrect product.

2. Contact us at david.cuervo@gingardenspirits.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:

A replacement shipment of the same product, or

A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Shipping and Handling

We do not refund shipping costs once an order has been dispatched, unless the error or damage was caused by our team or our carrier.

If a replacement is issued, shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window:

We will coordinate with our carrier to track or replace your shipment.
